Are you passionate about trading card games and eager to bring unforgettable experiences to life?

We're looking for an Events Executive to help our client and play an important role in crafting epic TCG tournaments and conventions. You'll be the driving force behind unforgettable events, connecting with passionate fans and building lasting memories.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and run conventions and TCG tournaments.

• Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless event execution.

• Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue booking to on-site troubleshooting.

• Manage event budgets and collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive branding and promotion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.

• Strong understanding of trading card games and/or gaming culture.

• Proven ability to manage events and work with various external partners.

• Willingness to travel.

• Only Singaporeans & PR.
