Events Executive.

The company:

Are you a gaming fan who loves to plan exciting events? We're looking for an Events Executive to help us create

amazing trading card game tournaments and conventions. You'll play a key role in making these events a hit and

connecting with our fans.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and run conventions and TCG tournaments.

• Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless event execution.

• Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue booking to on-site troubleshooting.

• Manage event budgets and collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive branding and promotion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.

• Strong understanding of trading card games and/or gaming culture.

• Proven ability to manage events and work with various external partners.

• Willingness to travel.

• Only Singaporeans & PR.
