The company:
Are you a gaming fan who loves to plan exciting events? We're looking for an Events Executive to help us create
amazing trading card game tournaments and conventions. You'll play a key role in making these events a hit and
connecting with our fans.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and run conventions and TCG tournaments.
- Liaise with external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue booking to on-site troubleshooting.
- Manage event budgets and collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive branding and promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of trading card games and/or gaming culture.
- Proven ability to manage events and work with various external partners.
- Willingness to travel.
- Only Singaporeans & PR.
