Join an exciting international organisation currently seeking an Event Operations Executive. We pride ourselves in creative the most exciting events across the region.
YOUR ROLE:
- Co-ordinate the event planning & implementation process
- Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholders for event logistics (venue, catering, etc)
- Assist in creation of proposal presentations for clients (venue map, partners, time-lines, etc)
- Ensure timely delivery and follow up with relevant partners for smooth and successful project
- Provide on-site support as required
