We are working with a successful events company based in Singapore with a renowned regional presence. Trusted by clients in the region and beyond, they provide creative, marketing, and event services to businesses across various sectors.

Role: Event Operations Director
Location: Singapore
Salary: up to S$8,500

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify new opportunities, lead winning pitches, and build strong client relationships.
Project Management: Oversee proposals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality exceeds client expectations.
Client Communication: Present solutions across seniority levels, manage client accounts, and conduct regular stakeholder meetings.
Financial Management: Ensure accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Event Execution: Lead event planning and execution, manage teams, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

5 years of experience in client account development and management in MICE industry.
Experience in managing a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
