Event Operations Director.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Event Operations Director to join their team and help them deliver successful trade exhibitions on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and strong communication, planning and organisation, people management, teamwork, customer, and quality focus skills.

Role: Event Operations Director (12-month Contract)

Location: Remote, Beijing

Salary: CNY 47,500 - 58,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and responsibility of all assigned trade exhibition projects.
• Oversee all client communications, management, and content.
• Ensure the proper project set-up and upkeep.
• Ensure all supplier contracts are in the best interests of clients and the company.
• Ensure regular and accurate upkeep of projects
• Create and maintain full and detailed budget for the project
• Lead and support the production management of trade exhibition projects
• Manage and nurture vendor, supplier and exhibitor relations
• Ensure a professional closure of all projects.
• Travel for site-visits is required

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years' experience in exhibition, stand building and event management
• Ability to communicate with senior/c-level stakeholders
• Ability to communicate Professional Chinese & English is mandatory as you will be required to liaise with key stakeholders in China and UK
