Event Marketing Manager.

Our client is an international exhibitions and publishing company running events across 24 countries in the Middle East, Asia, America and UK, looking for an Events Marketing Manager for their Singapore office.

Role: Events Marketing Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$5,000 - S$7,000

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and campaigns for international trade exhibitions and conferences. You will also collaborate with various departments to generate leads and conversions.

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will:

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns for exhibitions
• Forecast and monitor marketing budget, timeline, and media plans
• Promote exhibitions and conferences using the full marketing mix
• Manage and review PPC campaigns and show database
• Negotiate barter details with appropriate media partners and associations
• Manage integrations of any third-party modules and ensure show websites are updated
• Utilise and manage digital tools to enhance campaigns
• Coordinate the delivery of all marketing collaterals
• Provide onsite support to ensure the smooth running of marketing related activity

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will need:

• At least 2 years' experience in mid-level marketing, events marketing is advantageous
• Experience in utilising databases for mass and targeted marketing campaigns
• Experience in production of mobile apps and online registration systems
• Experience using an email service supplier, including setting up HTML & plain text emails
• Experience in budget management
• Experience in managing a team
