They are seeking a seasoned Event Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented team of event professionals to bring exceptional experiences to life, overseeing every stage from strategic planning to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in internal and external project management activities, including WIP updates and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing day-to-day requirements for hybrid, live, and virtual events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers.
• Oversee all aspects of the event management process - from concept development through to onsite execution.
• Prepare comprehensive event proposals, encompassing timelines, budgets, venue and supplier recommendations, and staffing plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of project documentation to all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations, reporting outcomes and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage onsite production crews, suppliers, and temporary staff.
• Coordinate effectively with venues and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality work and service.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform other related duties as required to support business needs.

About You

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• 5-7 years of experience in the MICE industry or a closely related field.
• Proven experience managing hybrid, live, and virtual events.
• Strong planning, organisational, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines with precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
