Event Manager.

Our client is a leading events agency celebrated for transforming bold ideas into unforgettable experiences; from world-class conferences and creative productions to seamless digital broadcasts. They are looking for an experienced Event Manager to take the reins on a diverse portfolio of projects.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with a talented team of event professionals to deliver exceptional experiences from start to finish. Driving strategy, overseeing planning, and ensuring flawless production and delivery. Your mission: to make every event run smoothly, exceed expectations and leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in internal and external project management meetings and work-in-progress sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, venues, and suppliers, managing the day-to-day delivery of hybrid, live, and virtual events.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee every phase of the event lifecycle - from concept and proposal to execution and evaluation.
• Prepare detailed event proposals including budgets, timelines, venue and supplier logistics, and staffing plans.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately prepared and shared with relevant parties.
• Conduct pre- and post-event reviews, reporting on key outcomes and driving improvements for future projects.
• Lead and manage onsite teams, suppliers, and temporary staff to ensure seamless production.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the business.

About You

• 5-7 years' experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry or related field.
• Proven success managing a wide range of live, hybrid and virtual events.
• Outstanding planning, organisational and client relationship skills.
• A strong ability to juggle multiple projects, budgets, and timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
