In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for all things event execution:

• Mastermind event logistics: Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on event day.
• Become a registration whiz: Manage online and offline registrations, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Be a communication champion: Respond to enquiries, manage RSVPs, and keep attendees informed with updates.
• Support the team: Assist with pre-event tasks like marketing & promotion, and lend a hand post-event with reporting and wrap-up.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in events or a related field (bonus points for event registration experience!).
• Are a meticulous organizer with a knack for problem-solving.
• Thrive in an busy environment and enjoy multitasking.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
