Role: Event Coordinator

Location: Singapore

In this role, you'll be a self-motivated individual working on projects with the event management team.

You will focus on the full support of a project, from the overall development and planning to the precision execution and delivery of various activations.

Responsibilities

*Actively participate in project management activities and work-in-progress meetings.

*Create detailed proposals, including timelines

*Co-ordinate all aspects of the event management process, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and administration.

*Contribute to all financial aspects of projects, including accurate budget scoping, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

*Ensure client needs and expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

*Provide effective support to your team.

*Perform other related duties as required to meet business needs.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

*Passionate about Events

*Keen eye for detail.

*Excellent oral and written communication skills.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
