Event Conference Producer.

🚀 We're hiring: Event Conference Producer - London 🎤

Do you enjoy producing events that educate, inspire, and leave a mark? We're looking for an Event Conference Producer to help deliver high-quality conferences and roadshows across the UK financial services sector.

What you'll be doing:
✨ Producing and managing conference programmes from start to finish
✨ Recruiting, briefing, and supporting speakers
✨ Cooperating with marketing, editorial, commercial & operations teams to deliver content that engages delegates
✨ Creating programmes and materials that make a real impact
✨ Travelling across the UK to attend and oversee events (around 50% of the time)

Who we're looking for:
✔ 2+ years' experience producing events/conferences (financial services experience is a bonus)
✔ Organised, with strong attention to detail
✔ Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
✔ Excellent communicator - able to build and maintain relationships with speakers, clients & delegates
✔ Professional, reliable, and looking for a long-term role

Working arrangements:
🏢 In-office 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (no flexible pattern)
💷 Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + discretionary bonus based on performance
