Event Account Director.

As an Account Director, you will play a key role in building and growing client relationships. You will ensure that you provide exceptional customer service, whilst growing and retaining key accounts.

Project Management experience and some understanding of the events industry is important to succeed in this role!

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance your clients experience.
• Understand client objectives.
• Ensure clear communication on budgets and schedules.
• Ensure all projects are managed effectively.
• Assess performance metrics and deliver insights to improve events for the accounts.
• Responsible for managing and motivating team.

You'll need-

• A minimum of 5 years account management experience in a marketing, creative or experiential agency.
• Strong experience in managing key accounts.
• Ability to run smooth processes with clients.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• Strong project management experience.
• Team Leader.
