We are recruiting for an Enterprise Account Executive to cover ASEAN based in Singapore.

Must speak fluent Mandarin.

Account Executive - ASEAN

We are looking for a hunter to work on new accounts and identify the right opportunities to solve customer business problems.

You must be a motivated Sales Executive who is comfortable with Solution Selling and the Challenger Selling Model.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the region as a franchise by putting in place Sales Plans and Partnership strategies
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline
  • Close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively leverage internal resources to help maintain a high level of customer engagement while qualifying opportunities effectively
  • Provide timely and actionable insights back into the broader organisation including Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and opportunity management within salesforce.com
  • Comfortable managing many accounts and projects

Required experience/skills

  • Experience closing complex business transactions with multiple approval levels
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with the business and procurement sides of large organisations.
  • Extensive understanding of the Financial Services or Telecom sector
  • Solutions sales mentality
  • Comfortable interacting with the C-Suite and closing six figure transactions
  • Strong forecast accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred or equivalent systems experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team
  • High level of accountability; willing to take ownership and solve problems
  • Strong communicator; places a high value on customer service
  • Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be successful

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in an Account Executive Role in the ASEAN market
  • Spoken and Written Skills in Mandarin
  • Experience Selling Databases or any Data Platform
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience driving technology adoption with customers
  • Fluent in current technology sales for hardware, software, and/or cloud
