Director of Treasury.

Our client is a global marketing solutions provider who specialise in digital, advertising, marketing, media, PR and communications planning.

They are looking for a Director of Treasury(APAC, Middle East and Africa) to join their ever-growing team to further make a difference in this ever changing world.

THE ROLE

• Able to identify liquidity opportunities and create strategies to reduce management cost while enhancing liquidity
• Identify financial risk and develop/execute mitigation strategies(currency fluctuations, banking disruption, cross border disruptions and client bankruptcies
• Ensure compliance with all treasury policies and procedures
• Work closely with banking partners to stay ahead of all tech, bank policies and economic developments
• Identify and implement new banking structure
• Manage letter of credits and other dept instruments
• Support mergers and acquisitions through regional funding and integration
• Select and assist with treasury workstation

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Strong project management and process improvement finance and working capital
• Knowledgeable in Treasury Management Systems
• Keen knowledge in international financial instruments and markets
• International banking and sovereign regulations knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

• High level of integrity and ethics
• Self-motivated
• Problem analysing and solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
