An opportunity has opened-up for a Marketing Programme Operations Manager within IDG Communications. This role is to manage the growth of integrated digital marketing programmes being sold by the sales team. The successful candidate will assist to drive sales enablement, customer success and lead Programmes with a strategic mindset. The role will be a mixture of hands-on Programme management (client and internal stakeholder liaison, managing complex projects across multiple executions with many moving parts) and team management (ensuring that client service is world class and the assets developed are top quality). It includes the following elements:

Responsibilities

-Pre-sale: Working alongside the sales team pre-sale to support with a deeper dive into campaign deliverables, including:

o Advice on Programme differentiators
o Developing campaign plans (milestones, timelines)
o Developing scope of work document

-Post-sale: The primary leader of the campaign with overall responsibility for its development and performance, including:
o Primary client liaison - manage senior-level client conversations o Coordination of local market deliverables, working with local and international delivery teams.
o Collaboration with IDG internal divisions (editorial, research, analytics etc)
o Ownership of timelines, milestones, and delivery

Experience

-Client managements skills

-Experience in tech and digital marketing are preferrable
