A leading creative digital company that lives and breathes all things DIGITAL is looking to expand in Sunny Singapore. They create content across omni channel platforms, and view storytelling as an artform, and creativity is their #1 goal in all they do.

They are expanding rapidly and are looking for two talented Digital Copywriters to join the team!

You will be an important part of a growing Creative department, creating and developing ideas, concepts and copy for various brands in Singapore, and around the world. Your domain may be words, slogans and scripts, but your role will bring you deeper into the realm of digital and brand experiences.

This may include creating persuasive interactions in the brand voice at every touchpoint, conceptualising ideas to change behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual - work as part of a team in crafting digital brand experiences to meet communication and marketing problems
• Written - writing persuasive copy that engages and drives human beings to change their perspectives or take action
• Teamwork - work with Art Directors to ensure copy and visual work seamlessly together to meet desired objectives
• Direction - nurture the work at every step of the way - whether it's design, engagement, production or development, all the way into fruition
• Engagement - take part in conversations about creative and strategic direction with clients
• Management - manage Junior Writers by guiding, inspiring and mentoring them

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in advertising or digital marketing
• Interest in honing leadership and management capabilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work and behave professionally in a busy team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive in driving self-learning and skills improvement through training and keeping abreast of industry changes
• An innate curiosity and desire to make an impact on the world
