Are you passionate about sales and keen to pursue a career in delegate sales? Our client is a fantastic global fintech events company and they are looking to hire a Delegate Sales executive in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to delegate acquisition and retention for conferences.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to understand the conference, its target markets and execute on Go-To-Market initiatives.
  • You will be the point of contact and representative of the event.
  • Drive pipeline through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and attending industry events with ideal-fit audiences.
  • Generate prospecting lists of target delegates.
  • Update and maintain accuracy on CRM system.
  • Build new relationships with KOLs, potential new delegates in existing and new markets.
  • Leverage on platforms and channels such as LinkedIn, social media, messaging channels, in CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes.
  • Reaching out to existing contacts in CRM to identify new potential needs.
  • Mange planning and execution of registration process for delegates.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
  • Oversee the delivery of all delegate revenue generation as well as the attendee/delegate pricing strategies and reporting.
  • Analyse and report on sales activities.

Your experience:

  • A relevant degree within Business, marketing, communications or similar
  • At least 1-2 years in business development, growth, sales development and/or
  • marketing experience
  • Prior experience working with a revenue target or with some sales track record.
  • A positive attitude to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Quick thinker and problem solver
  • Able to work individually and in a team.
  • Prior experience organising or managing an event.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment.
