Delegate Sales Executive.

Are you passionate about sales and keen to pursue a career in delegate sales? Our client is a leading B2B financial and business media platform and they are looking to hire a Delegate Sales executive in the Tokyo office. In this role, you will be building and strengthening relationships with Japanese institutional investors.

The Role as a Delegate Sales Executive

• Inviting Japanese Institutional Investors to company's global event portfolio.
• Conducting 50 outbound engagements a day.
• Onboarding new institutional investors to our network hub & directory.
• Building rapport and engagement with Japanese institutional investors through face to face meetings.
• Work with conference producers to confirm senior level investors as speakers to event programmes.
• Handling Demos via screen share or in person of the Investor Network platform.
• Help investors complete profiles and understand their needs to drive networking and knowledge-gathering opportunities.
• Delivering against daily/weekly/monthly targets relating to outreach volumes, duration, and sales targets.
• Working closely with company's internal production function to provide detailed and thorough feedback about prospects, pipelines, and progress on each event.
• Assisting the marketing team with translation if/when needed.

Your experience:

• A relevant degree within Business, marketing, communications or similar

• Prior experience in a customer service or client engagement role.
• Experience communicating with C suite decision makers of large multi-national businesses.
• Knowledge of industry events, private markets, fund managers is preferred
• You will be highly motivated and have a positive attitude to learn.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English language.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
