A leading E-commerce SaaS company are seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join their newly formed team in Singapore.
The company are one of the world's fastest growing E-commerce SaaS companies, in only a few years they have shaken up the market and count some amazing customers such as Sony, Walmart and Coca Cola.
They have recently set up a Singapore office to expand into the APAC region. They are investing heavily into the office and are looking to bring on a top team to work on new projects for the company.
If you joined the company, you would be the main interface between the product and the customer. You would get to know the different scenarios of the product, develop solutions to the recurring problems of customers, learn fast and be always engaged in improving the area and especially the customer-company relationship.
Your responsibility:
Understand customer´s demand and act through tickets to solve issues
Investigate the platform's technical scenarios to address customer business doubts
Support internal and external customer's projects
Support customers and partners
Your experience and profile:
Some experience in the Ecommerce industry
Experience in a Customer Support role
Analytical and logical thinking to design simple solutions to complex problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) is desirable but not essential
