Customer Success Manager.

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and making a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a growing global company.
They are leaders in data centre intelligence and market analysis, helping operators and industry experts make smarter decisions with real-time insights. The mission? To make complex data simple, actionable, and valuable.
As the Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our APAC operations, ensuring customers get the most out of the platform and services. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance customer experience, and build long-term relationships. With a select group of high-value clients, every interaction matters!
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships with clients, collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking-plus, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer success strategy in the region.
✅ A strong communicator who can build trust and rapport effortlessly
✅ Someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within SAAS ideally.
✅ A problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges head-on
