They are now looking for Customer Success Managers to join their Sydney team!

What You'll Do Here

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for onboarding new clients and helping them use the products to get maximum value - leading to retention of existing client relationships and revenues at scale.

Your clients will consist of major international brands, companies, as well as media and agencies.

  • Plan and execute strategic touchpoints, representing the company as a credible partner in discussions with C-level management.
  • Building, maintaining, and providing solutions to clients' by identifying their core challenges and business goals.
  • Collect feedback and expectations from clients regarding product development and address it to the Product Management team to reflect the voice of customers on the product road map.
  • Maintain client engagement with a dedicated client portfolio throughout the full client life cycle, including regular executive business reviews resulting in successful renewal and up-sell transactions.
  • Hit and exceed your KPI and targets.
  • Create custom insight reports and projects through collaboration with the company's Client Value Adoption team.

Your experience:

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience within the SaaS/SW/Digital Marketing areas and have a successful track of retention and growth
  • MarTech expertise and technical acumen to grasp a complex product
  • Fluent English on a business level, additional language is an advantage
