Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth:
Build and lead a strong support team in Japan and Korea.
Develop sales strategies to expand the client base and effectively pitch our full product suite.
Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients.
Present tailored media solutions that align with client goals.
Account Management & Client Retention:
Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Ad Operations, Sales, and Campaign Management to ensure seamless execution.
Keep internal teams informed of client requirements and industry trends.
Campaign Optimization:
Oversee timely campaign execution, analyzing performance and ROI for optimization.
Collaborate with Media Buying to ensure clear campaign briefs and KPIs.
Product Knowledge & Market Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to keep clients informed.
Present new product developments to agencies.
Success Metrics:
Achieve sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction.
Ensure effective campaign performance and account expansion.
Requirements:
4-5 years in sales, account management, or business development within AdTech or digital media.
Proven success in meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube) are a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
