Customer Success Lead - Japan
Join a leading marketing technology company that specializes in contextual safety and performance for brands and agencies. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Lead to enhance video marketing initiatives across YouTube and emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Growth:
    • Build and lead a strong support team in Japan and Korea.
    • Develop sales strategies to expand the client base and effectively pitch our full product suite.
    • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients.
    • Present tailored media solutions that align with client goals.
  2. Account Management & Client Retention:
    • Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
    • Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with Ad Operations, Sales, and Campaign Management to ensure seamless execution.
    • Keep internal teams informed of client requirements and industry trends.
  4. Campaign Optimization:
    • Oversee timely campaign execution, analyzing performance and ROI for optimization.
    • Collaborate with Media Buying to ensure clear campaign briefs and KPIs.
  5. Product Knowledge & Market Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to keep clients informed.
    • Present new product developments to agencies.
Success Metrics:
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective campaign performance and account expansion.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years in sales, account management, or business development within AdTech or digital media.
  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube) are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
