About the Role

As a Client Success Executive, you'll be the go-to partner for clients, ensuring they get the most out of our platform and services. You'll support campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with internal teams to provide seamless execution. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's passionate about digital media, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact in the ad tech space.

What You'll Do

Client Support & Engagement

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring quick responses and excellent service
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and helping them navigate the platform
  • Monitor account performance and share feedback or opportunities for optimization

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on time
  • Track deliverables and maintain accurate client and campaign records
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

Performance & Insights

  • Gather and summarize campaign performance data for client reports
  • Support regular review meetings with insights and recommendations
  • Capture client feedback to help improve processes and products

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years' experience in a client-facing role within ad tech, digital media, or marketing
  • Familiarity with ad platforms, DSPs, or analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
