Our client is a successful digital global research agency based in Rotterdam, Netherlands with offices across the US, Europe, and Asia. The company pioneers new technologies and integrates multiple data sources for research, to provide consumer insights that drive more intelligent business decisions, which have helped their clients succeed in product innovation, brand engagement and customer value in over 90 countries.

Having worked with more than half of the world's top 100 brands, they have had great success and are now looking to expand to the Philippines.

This role is a Client Director/Business Development growth role, where you will be responsible for setting up the commercial footprint in the Philipines and growing the business. As part of the SEA team, this role will work closely with the Singapore office.

What you'll do:

  • Actively prospect and develop new customers.
  • Work closely with the SEA MD and be responsible for developing and executing an annual plan to grow both existing and new business with the goal to meet and strive to exceed assigned quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Account leader for the businesses being developed and account(s) being assigned.
  • Take to the market new techniques and solutions from the company, in the space of Brand Engagement and Product Innovation.
  • Able to translate research and sales expertise into new business development and growth with existing accounts and prospects.
  • Lead on developing insightful and strategic sales presentations/proposals and pulling in the appropriate company expertise where needed.
  • Provide leadership with timely reporting regarding business forecast, sales pipeline, and opportunity analysis.
  • Partner with Research Managers to create research designs, sample plans, and final analysis storytelling.

Your experience:

  • You must have at least 8+ years of proven client development and management experience in research.

  • Experience servicing an existing client base while driving growth in your business territory by sourcing and securing new clients and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated great relationship management skills, business development expertise, and strategy experience, with a results-oriented approach to addressing client needs.
