Business Director (Advertising).

Our client is a growing boutique advertising agency in Singapore, specialising in Social, Creative and Content Marketing campaigns and they are seeking a new Business Director role to grow their client base in Singapore. The Business Director will be responsible for acquiring new clients and working with the team to grow current accounts. If you're a business development expert in the advertising agency world, this could be the perfect role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying business opportunities in the Singapore market, along with regional opportunities
• Actively acquiring new business with the support of the team
• Managing marketing materials to help with branding to acquire new business
• Managing sales pipeline
• Developing strong relationships with partners, clients and industry professionals
• Stay current on industry trends and developments with a focus on advertising across social, content and creative
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of advertising or creative agency experience, with a good track record of sales and business development
• A strong network within the advertising space
• Ability to secure accounts for social, content and marketing campaigns
• Passion for networking and growing relationships with a consultative sales approach
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
