Business Director.

Our client is an established, award-winning communications agency based in Hong Kong that works with the biggest brands locally and in all of Asia. They are looking for their next Business Director to take ownership of client services across their group accounts.

The Business Director will lead the generation of new business across the agency and set the tone for the agency's internal and external strategy. If you pride yourself for your leadership skills, read on!

The Role:

• Lead business strategy and planning across a group of accounts
• Develop strategic relationships with senior clients
• Oversee budgets and deliverables within client mix (P&L responsibilities)
• Put the right teams in place to take care of different accounts
• Take charge of new business development
• Directly managing managerial reports that manage wider teams
• Create a positive and engaging work environment
• Cultivate a sense of pride in work created

Your Experience:

• 10 years of leadership experience within a PR, communications or marketing agency background is a bonus
• Experienced with new business generation and budget management
• Excellent grasp of brand and marketing strategy, marketing channels and content (digital and print)
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (both essential). Mandarin is beneficial.
