They have been in the industry for more than a decade with clienteles across APAC and even beyond!

They are seeking for a Business Development Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth: Identify and secure new clients within the MICE industry.
• Build strong relationships: Foster trust and partnership with clients, becoming their go-to advisor.
• Craft compelling proposals: Develop persuasive pitches that effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Collaborate for success: Work closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional events that exceed client expectations.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep abreast of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed revenue goals, contributing to the company's overall success.

What you need:

• Experienced professional: 5+ years in business development or sales within the MICE industry
• Proven sales performer: Consistent achievement or exceeding sales targets
• MICE industry expert: Deep knowledge and understanding of the MICE industry
• Effective communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive storytelling
• Willingness to travel
