Business Development Manager.

Our client's Singapore business runs around 15 large scale events a year, across Asia, and now about a further 15 virtual events. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: S$5,000 - S$5,800

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for selling sponsorship and

exhibition packages on the events.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and prospecting for new clients, as well as rebooking existing clients
• Setting up online meetings, calls and face-to-face meetings to better understand the challenges the prospects are facing and how our events will make a
• difference to them
• Client account management, building a lasting relationship with them and making sure that you're helping them achieve their objectives

Key Requirements

• "Can-do" attitude
• Commercially-minded and understand buy-sell dynamics in a given market
• Confident in sales meetings with senior staff from your prospect companies
• Able to listen to clients, understand their needs and match them to our offerings
• An excellent written and verbal communicator
• Able to work independently and show initiative
• Organised and methodical
• Focused on delivering outstanding results for your clients
• minimum of 1 year's sales experience (this need not necessarily be in events)
