Our client a leading music entertainment company is looking for a strategic leader to help drive music publishing growth across Asia's emerging markets starting with Southeast Asia. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of music in the region through innovative partnerships, creative collaborations and forward-thinking digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market development strategies across Southeast Asia and other emerging territories
  • Build partnerships with publishers, platforms, brands, and creative agencies
  • Secure sync, licensing, and direct monetization opportunities
  • Collaborate on regional songwriting camps and artist initiatives
  • Sign independent publishers and labels to grow the creative roster
  • Represent the company at industry events and in strategic forums

What You Bring:

  • 7-8 years of experience in music publishing, A&R, licensing and business development
  • Proven track record of monetizing music rights and building commercial partnerships
  • Deep understanding of copyright, rights management, and digital platforms
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
