Aspire Middle East has partnered with an innovative beauty brand is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Advisors in Kuwait. As a pioneer in the beauty retail and e-commerce industry, the company is committed to providing top-tier products and exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for team members who thrive in busy environments and have a passion for beauty and customer service. The Beauty Advisor will be instrumental in crafting an inviting, engaging, and educational shopping atmosphere for customers while supporting the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and detailed product knowledge to ensure a personalised shopping experience that meets each customer's needs.
• Strive to meet or surpass individual sales goals, contributing to the team's and store's overall financial performance.
• Serve as a positive and professional representative of the brand, showcasing expertise and commitment.
• Participate in all required training sessions and make use of developmental resources as provided.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, team members, management, and business partners.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promptly reporting any discrepancies to a manager.
• Assist in maintaining visual displays and merchandising standards to keep the store well-organised and fully stocked.
• Support inventory checks and ensure transactions are accurately processed using the POS system.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of retail experience in customer-facing sales.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational abilities, with a talent for multitasking and relationship-building.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in make-up artistry is a bonus.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends and holidays.
