Our client is a thriving global, data-driven, B2B demand generation vendor with a deep understanding of its decision-maker audience behaviours and needs. Combining strategy with scale to originate better quality, richer leads designed to drive next stage conversions, actions and sales engagement.

Established in 2021, they are ramping up quickly and is already working with renowned brands such as Microsoft, HP, Oracle, AWS, Goldman Sachs, Workday, Intel as well as many other global B2B agencies and ad networks.

As their first representative in SEA, their ideal candidate would be a self-starter with established industry relationships. (This role reports to the company's Co-CEO)

What you'll do:

  • Generate and grow revenue across a specified territory.
  • Take ownership of your book of business and lead your clients
  • Actively Identify new prospective clients and opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast business and manage a sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Build on existing relationships, accessing demand, brand, content, and insight across the breadth of your team.
  • Organize & manage a team of sales professionals and the accounts they call upon.
  • Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders across multiple time zones to deliver on company objectives.
  • Plan & execute localized sales strategy (staff training, GTM & account development), keeping sales team engaged and motivated.
  • Develop hire fresh talent into the sales team and own responsibility for their success and development.
  • Accurate revenue forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor market & competitor activity to help identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats to sales colleagues across the globe and senior stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc collaboration with internal teams on specific projects inc. operations, marketing etc.

Your experience:

  • 6+ years of proven sales experience within the industry and have a successful track of retention and growth
  • Strong sales instinct with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
