The role: Associate / Senior Producer

The team is seeking an experienced producer to lead end-to-end production of live and digital events. Passion for events and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment are essential.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end production of live, virtual, and hybrid events.

• Control budgets, timelines, and vendor/talent management.

• Build client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Lead technical production and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with creative teams.

Your experience:

• Producer experience in live/hybrid events.

• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Technical production and budget management expertise.

• Client-facing experience and problem-solving abilities.

• Adobe Suite skills (a plus)
