The role: Associate / Senior Producer
The team is seeking an experienced producer to lead end-to-end production of live and digital events. Passion for events and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment are essential.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end production of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Control budgets, timelines, and vendor/talent management.
- Build client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead technical production and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with creative teams.
Your experience:
- Producer experience in live/hybrid events.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Technical production and budget management expertise.
- Client-facing experience and problem-solving abilities.
- Adobe Suite skills (a plus)
