The role: Associate / Senior Producer

The team is seeking an experienced producer to lead end-to-end production of live and digital events. Passion for events and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment are essential.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end production of live, virtual, and hybrid events.

Control budgets, timelines, and vendor/talent management.

Build client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Lead technical production and problem-solving.

Collaborate with creative teams.

Your experience:

Producer experience in live/hybrid events.

Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Technical production and budget management expertise.

Client-facing experience and problem-solving abilities.

Adobe Suite skills (a plus)
