Our client is a leading research & insight consultancy, based in London, looking to hire a Quantitative Associate Director to focus on consumer brands. They offer a hybrid working model, modern, open plan offices and a competitive salary and benefits package for the right person.
The Role
As Associate Director you will be working on a wide variety of ad hoc quantitative research projects, focused on supporting brands across early-stage ideation, concept development, package optimisation, NPD and product testing. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception through to completion.
This is a really exciting role for someone who is looking to work with well-known brands, helping them achieve their goals through research & insight programmes.
Key Duties Include:-
- Writing proposals in response to briefs and incoming requests from clients
- Attending pitch meetings, to secure new business wins
- Identifying and designing bespoke research programmes to meet the client's needs
- Overseeing and running the projects and the team, to meet time frames and budgets
- Creating insightful reports and presentations for clients that tell the story and showcase the findings
- Developing other employees to help them reach their full potential
- Developing strong relationships with your clients, to encourage repeat business
- Developing strong internal relationships
The Candidate
- The ideal candidate will be a well-versed in quantitative research, with strong breadth and depth of experience so that you can turn your hand to lots of different project work.
- You will be strong in managing projects from proposals through to delivery of results and will be able to troubleshoot where needed and support project teams.
- Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, influencing skills, and leadership experience.
