What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital media professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Represent the agency at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, lead high-stakes pitches, and contribute to agency revenue.
• Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with regional leaders to define and implement impactful business strategies.
• Craft multi-platform digital marketing strategies and media mix models that exceed client KPIs.
• Strengthen and expand partnerships with clients and industry leaders.
• Promote cross-functional learning and foster a high-performance culture.

What You'll Bring:

• 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing/media (agency experience preferred).
• 3-4 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Mobile Measurement, Analytics).
• Strong understanding of attribution, app ecosystems, data privacy, and fraud prevention.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A solid network of brands and partners.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Passion for staying ahead of digital trends and consumer insights.
