Role: Application System Analyst

The team is seeking a Application System Analyst where you will be supporting their partners. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading healthcare organizations and contribute to a group of experts utilizing new and advanced technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely customer support and act as a point of contact with global support.

• Understand customer needs and provide application support management system.

• Support implementations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and escalate unresolved issues.

• Conduct training, demonstrations and workshops.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by collecting and escalating product and service improvement suggestions.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for their system.

• Collaborate with partners on potential product changes and participate in on-site implementations and a 24-hour on-call roster when needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Science OR university degree in Clinical, Lab, Pathology, Medical Informatics, Management Information System, System Engineering or a related field.

• Understanding and experience in implementing product solutions.

• Understanding and experience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems, with a specific focus on Hospital Billing

• Knowledge of clinical healthcare products.

• Understanding of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements and legislative controls.
