An award-winning global Fintech company with offices in UK, Singapore and the US are looking to expand their Singapore team. The company develops payment solutions and API's for some of the world's largest banks, fintechs and airlines.
Your role would be to work closely with internal technical teams and outside
clients. You will act as a technical bridge, helping customers see the biggest return from their investment in the companies technology and services. To excel, you bring strong technical skills and excellent people skills.
There are two distinct phases to the work of application support for each of their projects:
Implementation, and post-implementation support.
As subject matter experts for our solutions, you also act as a mentor to your teammates and our clients, either formally (such as through training) or informally.
Experience:
The company has a physical office in Singapore but work remotely. They have a very relaxed environment and a good bunch of people who have an appreciation of work-life balance with flexitime.
