We are recruiting for our client, a global audience technology platform. This is a brand new and exciting opportunity for their audience data business that is growing rapidly.

As an Agency Sales Manager you will be responsible for working with clients across Asia region. You will be someone who is interested in the world of Programmatic Advertising, Social Media Advertising and Big Data, along with continuing to grow and sharpening your sales skills. You will nurture existing accounts and build new relationships to grow revenues. This position will work closely with both sales and marketing, as the two functions are closely aligned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Stay on top of industry and market trends to understand the advertising ecosystem and the market factors that drive decision-making.
  • Nurture and manage existing agency groups and trading desk business, relationships and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop and grow new relationships with agency groups and trading desks in Asia region.
  • Continuously identify strategic client accounts within the agencies that would benefit from continued education and growing their data/digital adoption.
  • Being the data strategist and data specialist for your clients, continuously analyze various data points, such as client level data, agency data and brand account activity, to make informed recommendations and decisions.
  • Collaborate with company's data suppliers on mutual client opportunities, and present new data suppliers to agencies and clients.
  • Work closely with internal groups (such as other sales leaders, marketing, product, sales support) as you define opportunities and focus on growing existing accounts and audience solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams globally to ensure we are tracking and responding to requests in a unified and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-5 years Sales or Account Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic/social platforms & data ecosystems.
  • Existing Agency/Trading Desk/Performance team contacts preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office, strong technical aptitude.
  • Able to coordinate across multiple departments internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Problem solver, self-starter, with high standards of professionalism.
