Job Description: The Ad Ops Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital advertising campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, who can ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet our high standards of transparency, relevance, and brand safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the client's KPIs.
- Technical Operations:
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving and delivery.
- Implement and maintain tracking and measurement solutions to ensure accurate campaign performance data.
- Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance and technical issues.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use our platform and understand performance metrics.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop and execute successful advertising strategies.
- Work with the analytics team to derive actionable insights from campaign data to inform future strategies.
- Compliance and Brand Safety:
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to our strict standards of transparency, relevance, and brand safety.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant advertising regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, preferably in a social video advertising environment.
- Experience with DV360, META or Tik-Tok media buying would be a plus.
- Google Ads certification in at least search, shopping or video.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital advertising metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Technical proficiency with ad serving platforms, tracking solutions, and troubleshooting.
