The team is expanding across APAC and seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team. This role offers a great opportunity to be the face of the business, engaging with clients and driving growth. Ideal candidates should be outgoing, globally-minded, and highly organized.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with members, address their needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Implement strategies to retain existing members, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

• Support program development, execution, and evaluation, ensuring a seamless member experience.

• Manage administrative tasks, track key metrics, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in account management, professional services delivery, customer service, relationship development or client engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Well organized and detail-oriented; process driven.

• Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, a good listener.

• Ability to communicate and sell to C-suite executives.
