Account Director.

Founded in Singapore, our client is a team of highly performing creatives, planners, strategists, project managers, designers, writers, and makers, they design human-led experiences with the senses in mind.

For the past 17 years, they have been moving people and businesses to each other and into action with one another.

They are currently looking for an Account Director to join their team. As an Account Director, you will partner with the Founder and CEO to drive profitable and meaningful partnerships with people, clients and partners.

You will deliver projects efficiently, manage client relationships and lead a team of Project Managers, Specialists and Creatives.

You will also be producing strategic, creative and corporate communication projects.

Role: Account Director

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$8,000 to S$9,000 per month

The role will include:

· Project Manage mid to large scale projects - ( S$50k to S$1.5 million in value )

· Produce meaningful experiences and content in video, event and design platforms

· Lead and Build Multiple Project Teams, Partners and Client Stakeholders

· Accountability for project budgets, P&Ls and timelines · Planning of Project resource

· Farm Existing and New Accounts

· Track business pipeline

· Conduct client Project WIP meetings & reporting

· Work with strategic, creative and technical teams to develop ideas and strategies for project briefs

· Write project briefs detailing clear objectives of outcomes for client and project teams and ensure that all stakeholders understand the brief and delivery expectations

· Provide direction and strategy to project and teams

· Perform other duties as assigned by management for the progress of the business

· Accountable for delivering profitable outcomes for all projects

You:

· Have up experience in leading and managing teams

· Have a strong business and commercial understanding and experience

· You are passionate about inspiring work and people

Your personality:

You have 8 plus years of proven experience in an experiential, creative and/communication agency

· As a Senior Account Manager or Account Director

· With relevant tertiary qualification in communication, business

· With a focus on developing the strategic content for brands

· You have experience and knowledge of communication, project management, events, design and video-based projects

· With an aesthetic sense for branding and sensorial

· You have managed mid to large scale communication projects
