Our client is looking for their next Account Coordinator to join their team as a reliable support for the entire department. The Account Coordinator will take care of financial management, and work closely with all teams to ensure that important meetings go smoothly.

The Role:

• Support the Business Leadership and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing
• Take responsibility for finance paperwork including managing and preparing invoices
• Cross check Job Report Reconciliation reports and prepare Job Closing reports
• Organise key meetings, prepare agendas, and prepare meeting rooms

Your Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in an account coordinator role or similar
• Experience in a client-facing role or within a finance team is a bonus
• Possess basic financial acumen

• Able to multitask, working on multiple projects
• Proactive self-starter
• Interested in the creative industry
