AV Planner Buyer (Junior)

We're working with a growing independent media agency in London that specialises in audio, including radio, podcasts and digital audio, alongside broader AV campaigns.

They're looking to hire a Junior AV Planner Buyer to join their collaborative planning team - a great opportunity for someone at AV Executive / Junior Planner level looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

This is a hands-on Planner Buyer role, offering exposure across the full campaign lifecycle. You'll be involved in everything from taking briefs and supporting the planning process, through to buying, campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis.

Working closely with both internal teams and media owners, you'll play an active role in delivering effective AV campaigns across a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of AV media plans
• Work across TV, radio and digital audio campaigns
• Manage campaign bookings, trafficking and optimisation
• Liaise with media owners to ensure campaigns run effectively
• Assist with post-campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Contribute to client deliverables and planning discussions

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience in an AV / TV planning or buying role
• Background in a media agency or relevant media owner
• Exposure to TV, radio or digital audio campaigns
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• Keen to take on more ownership and grow within a fast-paced team
