I'm working with a high-growth tech company that's already generating £18m revenue (£9m ARR), has supported over 1 million businesses, and is forecasting 5-10x growth over the next 3 years.

They've built a fully integrated platform that helps entrepreneurs start, run, and scale their businesses - and organic search is a core acquisition channel.

💥 The Role

You'll take ownership of technical SEO across multiple high-traffic websites, ensuring performance, visibility, and scalability are fully optimised.

• Run technical SEO audits across crawlability, indexation, and site performance
• Own and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile optimisation
• Work closely with developers to implement fixes and technical improvements
• Manage key SEO infrastructure: XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and site architecture
• Diagnose and resolve indexing and crawling issues using Google Search Console and Screaming Frog
• Support site migrations, launches, and structural changes with SEO best practice
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO is embedded into site structure and on-page execution
• Monitor organic performance and technical KPIs, driving continuous improvement
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and the shift toward AI-driven search

🎯 What they need

• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexation, architecture)
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs (or similar)
• Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, product, and content teams
• Proactive approach with a willingness to own problems end-to-end
