They're now looking for an SMB Account Executive to take ownership of the San Francisco market and build something big.
🚀 What you'll be doing
💼 Winning new business
- Prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with agencies and local brands
- Building a strong pipeline (and actually converting it)
- Turning inbound interest into real revenue
🎯 Creating standout campaigns
- Crafting tailored advertising proposals
- Thinking beyond "standard" media plans
- Spotting cross-sell opportunities across different markets
🤝 Owning your accounts
- Managing and growing client relationships
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns that land
- Keeping clients coming back for more
🌆 Getting out there
- Attending events, networking, and building local connections
- Becoming a known name in the SF agency + business scene
📊 Staying on top of your game
- Managing your pipeline via CRM (HubSpot)
- Keeping your numbers sharp and your forecasts sharper
🧠 What we're looking for
🔥 Someone who loves the chase
- You enjoy hunting for new business and closing deals
- You're proactive, competitive, and don't wait for leads to come to you
🏆 A strong sales foundation
- 2-4 years in B2B sales
- OOH or media sales experience = big plus
- Comfortable pitching face-to-face
🌉 Local knowledge
- You know San Francisco and how business gets done there
- You've got (or can build) a strong network

- HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Microsoft Excel
