🚀 Senior Marketing Executive | Life Sciences Events | London (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to join a busy events environment, working across a global portfolio in the advanced therapies space 🌍

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign delivery, wants ownership of their work, and is interested in helping launch a brand-new international event while supporting established global shows.

✨ What you'll be doing:
* Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, partnerships)
* Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools
* Create engaging, conversion-led content for campaigns and landing pages
* Own website updates including agendas, speakers, and lead magnets
* Monitor performance and contribute to optimisation and CRO initiatives
* Support partner and sponsor marketing activity
* Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams
* Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

💡 What we're looking for:
* ~2+ years' marketing experience (events, B2B or life sciences preferred)
* Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing campaigns end-to-end
* Strong written communication and content skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable working in a busy, cooperative environment
