This is a senior content leadership role where you'll own strategy, systems, and scale - across SEO, GEO, and AI-driven content discovery.

I'm working with a high-growth tech company that's already generating £18m revenue (£9m ARR), has supported over 1 million businesses, and is forecast to grow 5-10x over the next 3 years.

They've built a fully integrated platform helping entrepreneurs start, run, and scale their businesses - and content is a core growth engine across multiple brands.

💥 The Role

You'll own the full content ecosystem - strategy, production, optimisation, and performance - across three leading brands.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real scale and influence.

• Own and evolve SEO + GEO content strategy across multiple brands
• Lead end-to-end content planning, editorial direction, and execution
• Define tone of voice, editorial standards, and content quality frameworks
• Build and scale a freelance content network (briefing, managing, developing, quality control)
• Oversee production of high-impact long-form and landing page content
• Design scalable workflows and integrate LLMs / GenAI into content production (with governance)
• Work closely with SEO, product, and commercial teams to align content with growth goals
• Collaborate with external partners (including PR agencies) to amplify reach and authority
• Use performance data to continually refine strategy and identify new opportunities
• Act as the senior editorial authority across all customer-facing content

• Experience in a senior content, editorial, or content strategy role
• Strong SEO-led content expertise with awareness of GEO and AI-driven search
• Experience managing and scaling freelance content teams
• Hands-on use of AI / LLM tools in content workflows
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to produce or shape high-quality long-form content
• Data-driven mindset using SEO and analytics tools to improve performance
• Ability to simplify complex topics for business and founder audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional level
