The Role

• Support the sales team to guide and scale solutions for potential customers
• Define project scopes, technical proposals, and pricing
• Design, describe and manage company-based solutions tailored for each client
• Kick-start with a technical vision, architecture proposal and implementation process for client needs
• Take charge of RFPs, RFIs, and lead PoC implementation

Your Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, including development and project management
• At least 2 years of experience in presales or Solution Engineering
• At least 4 years of e-commerce experience, with 2 years in e-commerce platform landscape
• Former or current developer, knowledgeable about various tech stacks
• Experience developing good relationships across management levels

Your Profile

• A technical mindset with a good grasp on APIs and data management
• Able to analyse and forecast customer requirements and match a solution
• Excellent command of English
