🚀 Sales Executive - AI Marketing Transformation & Creative Services (Mid-Level)

📍 Remote (UK or Dubai preferred; open globally)
💷 £50k-£80k base + bonus/commission (TBC)


We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business growth across AI-powered marketing transformation and creative services.

This is not SaaS.
You are not selling software licenses.

You are selling managed, outcome-led services that help marketing teams and brands transform how they plan, produce, and improve creative output - faster, more efficiently, and at scale.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI systems, marketing strategy, and creative production, enabling brands to significantly improve campaign speed, content output, and performance without increasing headcount or operational complexity.


💡 What you'll be doing:

* Build and close new business across AI-powered managed marketing services
* Run consultative, discovery-led sales processes with senior marketing stakeholders (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors, Agency Leaders)
* Engage in conversations that go beyond requirements - helping senior marketing stakeholders understand the future direction of marketing in an AI-driven world
* Act as a trusted commercial partner, helping clients navigate complex and changing marketing environments where direction is not always clear
* Translate AI-enabled service capabilities into clear commercial outcomes:

  • Faster campaign turnaround
  • Improved efficiency in production
  • Stronger marketing performance
  • Scalable content output without proportional headcount growth
    * Own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach through to close
    * Build and manage a pipeline across DTC, e-commerce, FMCG, fashion/way of life brands, and agency partners
    * Develop tailored proposals, retainers, and SOW-based commercial models in collaboration with internal delivery teams
    * Identify and support expansion opportunities across existing client relationships

🧠 What we're looking for:

🚨 MUST HAVE

* 5-6 years' experience in B2B sales with experience closing deals in complex environments
* Experience selling directly to CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors, or senior business stakeholders
* Comfort operating in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Experience in marketing services, agencies, martech, or similar consultative sales environments


🚨 MUST HAVE - Strategic Capability

* Strong understanding of the future direction of marketing, including:

  • AI-driven marketing and creative production
  • Automation of campaign workflows
  • Shift from traditional agency models toward AI-enabled service delivery
  • Evolution of performance marketing and content operations
    * Ability to guide and support senior marketing stakeholders through change, not just respond to briefs
    * Comfort working in environments where expectations are evolving and clarity is often shaped through conversation

✔️ Core Skills

* Consultative selling and discovery-led conversations
* Ability to clearly explain AI-driven services in commercial and business terms (not technical language)
* Ability to generate pipeline through outbound outreach and self-directed activity
* Writes and speak with ease
* Experience working with retainers, SOWs, or project-based commercial structures (preferred)

* Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing or creative workflows
* Experience in DTC, e-commerce, FMCG, or fast-growth consumer brands
* Existing network within UK or Dubai marketing and advertising ecosystems
* Experience in agencies, ad tech, or marketing platforms
