Sales Executive - Japanese speaking.

Aspire is currently recruiting for a Japanese speaking Sales Development Representative to be based in Singapore, for an event tech Start-up Superstar, which they are in a very exciting growth phase in APAC. They specialise in market leads generation and virtual round table conference hosting.

Responsibilities

• Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
• Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
• Determine the prospect's interest in customer's offering
• Schedule appointments for customer's sales team and prospects
• Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to customer teams
• Drive attendance for round tables and set meetings for conferences
• Diligently update the database or CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
• Work with the Account Managers to support the acquisition of new accounts
• Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure delivery of qualified leads to customers
• Generate prospect by means of cold callings and sending emails

Qualification

• Proven experience of at least 4-5 years as a Business Development Representative
• Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
• Knowledge of business processes and organisational structures
• Keen eye for detail
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• B.Tech, BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
