Aspire is looking for a BFSI- Sales Director to join one of the most exciting tech start-ups in the CRM space! Funded by leading Venture Capitals, they are a transformative business that is the leading sales productivity solution for many enterprises.

The APAC market is the center of growth and expansion for them, they are now finding top senior leadership talent in the region and are looking to hire a Senior Sales Director -APAC in their Singapore office.

This role is responsible for building, maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders and will be accountable for accounts. On the strategic front, it will also be responsible for setting strategy for accounts and and supporting regional sales teams in their sales strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business/ opportunities to develop a profitable business in the region
  • Owning and closing complex sales cycles
  • Responsible for driving YoY growth, owning pipeline and forecast
  • Collaborating with account teams globally cross-functionally


  • Enterprise Software experience, with a minimum of 8 years
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services/Banking space
  • Track record of good sales achievement in previous roles
  • SaaS, software experience
